Eyes on the clock

You can fit a lot more in to your day simply by managing your time.

As with any task, the better you prepare, the better you'll do.

  • Check what skills you already have, what you may need and what you might improve upon
  • Use specific reading lists or study packs to get back into study mode

Jill
"I attended all the preparatory sessions that were offered by the OU and found them very helpful. There were all sorts of suggestions like reading quality newspapers rather than tabloids. I also sent off for a preparatory pack offered before my Level 1 course and worked through that - even having a go at a sample essay."

Paul
"All the courses I have done have given me a suggested reading list. I always get those books on the list and read them before the course starts."
